Francesco Colocci is a musician, composer and educator. He performed in concerts in Europe as a soloist, in duos, with classical and electric ensembles. He wrote pieces for solo guitar, instrumental ensembles, big band, vocal ensembles, pop music songs, electronic music pieces, music for theatre, for performances, for animation videos and children's songs. He has always been interested in improvisation and musical creation, in all its possibilities and in relation to other art forms. He has worked in the world of education for many years creating music and arranging for young performers, because each person is a world of skills to be discovered and enhanced. He taught guitar for the last twenty years in public and private schools. He developed workshops and projects to stimulate the creativity of students. He is constantly searching for new educational approaches that can facilitate musical learning in the discovery of each student's own musical identity. He is currently enrolled in the Master of Music Education at the Copenhagen Rhythmic Conservatory.
